During the implementation phase we prepare your system for testing. To ensure
we’re delivering a solution that is guaranteed to address your specific
requirements, we consult regularly with stakeholders and system users to review
the design and provide and solicit feedback along the way. We also carry out
your data migration and integration from other external systems during this
phase.
One of our first steps during the implementation stage is to develop a prototype
of your system. This prototype is thoroughly tested prior to going live. We only
enter the ‘go live’ phase once all your specification requirements with regards
to such essentials as design, data migration and configuration – have been met.
