Our Managing Director (John North) has agreed to make himself available to undertake a limited number of Business Analysis and Development sessions over the next 60 days.

John North has over 20 years business and finance experience and has worked for a commercial bank as well as operating several small to medium sized businesses since 1989.  John has developed marketing and IT skills which makes him a good all rounder for business advice.  He also has access to a wealth of Business Specialist contacts that can be referred to help you further in specific areas. 

John can offer a range of ideas and advice on subjects such as :

• Business systems and processes
• Marketing Strategy and Tactics, Concepts and Ideas
• Staff Management Systems and ideas
• Business Finance and Capital Raising
• Business Development and Direction

In these tough economic times it's hard to focus on what areas of the business needs the most attention and often there is a big need for someone to take a "big picture" view of your business.  The challenge for small business is who do you ask for help that won't end up costing you a fortune and may not  deliver any results?

So we are offering a unique concept where you decide if you  received value from John's consulting session with you.  All we ask is for you to determine what benefit you have gained and decide on a consulting fee that you think is commercially suitable. If you felt you received no real benefit then pay us nothing.  We are so confident that we can deliver powerful and insightful ideas in around 2 hours we are prepared to offer this no-obligation concept to you.  But understand , John's time is limited and we can only allow a few consultations over this next 60 day period.

How Does it Work?

If you decide to proceed with an initial 2 hour consultation then we will contact you to make a mutually suitable time. Generally John cannot come on-site for the first session, you can either come to our offices in ST Leonards or we can arrange an initial conference call.  You will be sent some pre-work to determine the scope of the discussions.

What Happens after the 2 hour Session?

Well that's entirely up to you, at this point you need to determine the consulting fee you feel is suitable for the session and send us a cheque or electronic payment.  Details are provided with your initial pre-work. After the first session you may need followup sessions or we may refer you to other specialists but the outcome really depends on the first session.

How long have i got to respond?

We are only offering 10 sessions over the next 60 days, so you need to act quickly to secure a booking.
